Paid internships

At Rausch Coleman Homes, our interns are given hands on experience and high responsibility projects. This allows interns to develop their industry-related knowledge and professional skills.

It is our hope that our interns will cultivate their professional skills and grow in their self-discipline and confidence during their time at Rausch Coleman Homes.
In most internships, you just do busy work But here, I work on projects that matter. Like using data analytics for reports the company uses to make decisions.
-Alex M.
